About Rosa

A passionate hat designer who creates one-of-a-kind coutur hats, Rosa, who was born in Persia, now makes San Diego, California her home. Rosa received a degree in drawing and painting from Mesa College. Her background is in fine arts, with oil having been her favorite medium. She has also been an artist's model. 

Rosa studied to become a fashion designer. Her spirit, however, directed her into the fine art of millinery.  Hard work and passion resulted in the founding of Fashion Hats by Rosa. 

The beauty of the soul, eminating from the head, an elegant work of art, made with love: these are the Fashion Hats by Rosa.
